only. The customer will have to undertake
total responsibility of web
site/domain/hosting along with new service
provider in assurance through email. New
service provider, thus in return will have to
get certified mail from REGISTRANT COMPANY for
transferring domain process. |

The new service provider will have to bear a
sum of Rs.2500/- as domain
movement/transferring fees as part our
business expenses incurred in the process of
obtaining business and marketing. |

does not take responsibility for any and all
breaches of security affecting sites/server
under the control of the Customer. If a
Customer's site/server is involved in an
attack on another server or system, it will be
shut down and an immediate investigation will
be launched to determine the cause/source of
the attack. Customers are advised to take
necessary measures for sites under their
control. If the REGISTRANT COMPANY fails to
recognize request of new service provider,
domain will not be transferred for security
reasons. |

for domain deletions/renewals that happen out
of customer's negligence. Customers are
advised to send/deposit registration/hosting
charges at least one month in advance to avoid
any hassle. |

follow/abide by the related laws. We will not
be responsible for the possible consequences
caused by your behaviour during use of web
site hosted on our servers. We may, in our
sole discretion, can refuse the service to
